Fair Use Policy

Tyrbo is a powerful automation platform, and with that power comes responsibility. This Fair Use Policy describes how you may and may not use the Service. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We wrote it to keep Tyrbo reliable, lawful, and respectful of the apps and websites our users automate.
1. Automate only what you’re allowed to
You may use Tyrbo to automate systems that you own, or that you have permission to access and automate. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service, robots directives, rate limits, and other rules of every third-party app or website your automations touch. Do not use Tyrbo to access accounts or data that are not yours.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third party’s rights.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate confidential or personal data.
- Circumvent authentication, CAPTCHAs, paywalls, access controls, or other technical protection measures without authorization.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Scrape or collect personal data for resale, or in violation of applicable privacy laws or a site’s terms.
- Create fake accounts, engagement, reviews, or otherwise manipulate platforms.
- Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system, including ours.
- Automate activity that is harassing, hateful, or that facilitates harm.
3. Automate respectfully
Even when automation is permitted, keep it reasonable. Do not configure automations that hammer a third-party site with excessive request volumes, run at frequencies designed to evade rate limits, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on other people’s infrastructure. Prefer official integrations and APIs where they exist, and space out high-volume browser tasks.
4. Reasonable use of Tyrbo’s infrastructure
Plans include a monthly credit allowance and are intended for normal, good-faith automation use. You must not attempt to circumvent credit metering, share a single account to evade plan limits across many unrelated users, or use the Service in a way that degrades performance or availability for others. Concurrency, run frequency, and resource use may be subject to reasonable technical limits.
5. Credentials & security
Only connect credentials you are authorized to use. Keep sensitive logins on your own device via the desktop app where appropriate. Report any security issue you discover to support@tyrbo.ai rather than exploiting it.
6. Enforcement
If we believe your use violates this policy, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate the affected automations or your account, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious or repeated violations, and any use that exposes Tyrbo or others to legal risk, may result in immediate termination. Where practical, we will try to contact you first so you can remedy the issue.
7. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Tyrbo in violation of this policy — for example, to scrape or spam your service — contact us at support@tyrbo.ai and we will investigate.
8. Changes
We may update this Fair Use Policy as the Service and the automation landscape evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
