The short version

We collect what you give us when you book a call or email us, we use it to run that conversation and the work that follows, and we don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to ad networks. This site runs no third-party analytics and no ad trackers.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, company, what you tell us about the job, and your timezone. It's stored in our own CRM so we can hold the slot, run the call, and follow up. We also store a salted, one-way hash of your network address for rate limiting; the address itself cannot be recovered from it.
• When you email us: the email, in our own mail system.
• One functional cookie: a first-party cookie named tv keeps the copy you see consistent between visits. It identifies your browser to this site only, is read by nothing else, and carries no personal information.

Booking emails

Confirmations, changes, and cancellations for calls you book are sent from info@tyrbo.ai through our own mail service. Every booking email includes a link to reschedule or cancel, no account needed.

Google Calendar

When you book, the event is created on our calendar through Google Calendar: your name and email appear on that event so the invite (and Google Meet link) reaches you, and we read our own calendar's free/busy time to offer you open slots. The Google account connected is ours, not yours. Booking never asks you to sign in to anything.

tyrbo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it lives, how long

Data sits in systems we run on our hosting providers' infrastructure. We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as they're useful to the conversation or engagement they belong to.

Your choices

Reschedule or cancel a booking with the link in its confirmation email. To access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, email info@tyrbo.ai and we'll do it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Questions: info@tyrbo.ai.
