What this covers

These terms cover your use of this website and its booking flow. Actual work we do for a client (scope, fees, timelines, warranties) is governed by a separate written agreement between us, not by this page.

Booking a call

Booking an intro call is free and creates no obligation on either side. Book slots you intend to keep, and use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel if plans change. We may cancel or decline bookings made in bad faith: automated submissions, fake identities, or slot-hoarding.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no probing or disrupting the service, no automated scraping of the booking system, no submitting someone else's identity or contact details as your own.

Content

The content of this site (copy, logos, design) belongs to tyrbo or its licensors. Product names and logos shown as our work belong to their respective owners.

No warranties, limited liability

The site and booking flow are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, tyrbo isn't liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
